To access your account you will need:
- A touch-tone telephone
- Your 3 or 4 digit primary account number
- Your access code (last 4 digits of social security number). It is recommended that you change your access code by pressing “8”.
This system will allow you to:
- Obtain current balances on your accounts (except VISA).
- Transfer funds between your accounts (shares, share draft, loans).
- Generate a check to have mailed or to pick up.
- Review previous transactions.
- Find out if a specific check has cleared.
Helpful Hints
To access your account you will need your 3 or 4 digit account number listed on your statement. For example: If your account is shown as 1/1234.0 you will need to use 1234; or if shown as 1/934.0 you will need to use 934.
When keying in dollar amounts, the last two digits will be treated as cents (7525 = $75.25)
